It is kind of crazy he made it that far but he did it in the fall of the year, so there really isn't much activity on the river after that until spring and now he was immediately found. They have also still never found the kid who likely jumped off expressway in Nov 2021. There is also the older guy who they have never found him or his car even during deer season last year. He has to be in the water somewhere too.

They never found the women and her young child that most likely went into the river by interstate bridge in the late 90's

Sandra Jacobson and her 5-year-old son, John Jacobson, were last seen on the evening of Nov. 16, 1996 in Bismarck, North Dakota. Sandra's car was found abandoned on the shores of the Missouri River, its driver's door open. Her purse was on the car's front seat. And despite the cold, snowy weather, police found no tracks to the nearby river.
