It says right in the article that the trails will remain open to off road vechile use

Good because klj did the engineering on the project and it was proposed to shut down all vehicles in the state park, and yes I didn't read the article in its entirety just skimmed over it. Thanks Tikka for pointing that out because that area is probably the funnest trail system in the state imo since i completely biased because i have never been anywher else in north dakota. There's possibly a hundred or more miles and alot of it was closed during certain times because of washout and fallen trees. I highly recommend anyone who likes to ride trails to take a trip to the 14th state park.
