Just a reminder that it’s Friday and Lent and Jesus is watching. Stop touching yourself so much!
I'm pulling some Prime NY Strips outta the freezer.

It’s hard to climb the ladder to heaven with your hands full of meat.

Anyone try these at home? https://dryagingbags.com/?gclid=EAIaIQobChMI8sezrILX5QIVAV8NCh2hEQTaEAAYASAAEgKjjvD_BwE
Been getting the Prime sirloins from Sams lately and they have been dam good at only $9.99/#. Tried some prime ribeyes at $16/# the other day just to try it and man some of the best steak I have ever made. Been seasoning them with Kinders Prime Rib and nothing else comes close.
Since meat prices have been sky rocketing I've been kicking around the idea of getting a couple bull calves to fatten and butcher. Anyone done this and is it worth it or is it just as cost effective to find a producer willing to sell whole or half beef? I've got enough acreage I'd think a guy could fatten a couple steers on easy enough.
