CCD99310-69E3-4B23-8683-472F346CAB34.jpg I spent the last 3 days packaging meat. Now that it’s in the freezer I think I’m going to take the rest of the week off for some R&R and maybe a little fishing and bow hunting.

I think it came out to 280lbs total.

BS!! The way you grunted each time you hefted a hind quarter up that hill and the number of stops I had to make on my trips up, I'd have sworn you would get close to a hundo more than that. You must've made some steaks or something. Please tell my you made some steaks. Otherwise my weight estimations are all F'd up.

No steaks or roasts. It all went to burger meat.

I think it came out to 280lbs total.
Last bull I shot I was able to get it to locker in one piece and the hanging weight was 485, so you are right on with that much burger. I had about 185 burger and the rest steaks and a few roasts.
