I had a chance to fish Bass first time ever there this past week. I have fished Small Mouth at LOW a few times. These were Spotted Bass according to Son-in-Law. Definitely fun, very scrapy. Fished with a Guide that was knowledgeable and fun.
It is a very pretty part of the area. Somewhat busy as being used to the Ontario side of the NW Angle when going out on a week day you were lucky if you saw another boat.
Son-in law's birthday but he picked up the tab.

We kicked around that neck of the woods a number of years ago whilst in Branson. Table Rock State Park and I think there was a fish hatchery that we toured, if I recall. Pretty area.
