I just had a thought: would off-peak electric customers potentially be able to "fill up for less" than folks on the grid paying full-rate electric?

you mean drive your gasser down to the charger with a big a$$ battery, charge it, take it home and plug it into an electric heat system to heat your house?

No...I mean for customers on off-peak electric, they pay less for their electric because the energy company ripples them, forcing them to have a backup heat source in the process. The rate for their electric is reduced altogether, not just what is used to heat the home. So theoretically if a customer was on off-peak, they could "fill up" (aka plug their car in at home) cheaper than the next guy over who isn't an off-peak customer.

I believe it was MDU that did have some sort of a discounted rate if you had an electric vehicle charger in your home. I inspected one

I thought for sure I would never see a cybertruck but I would be wrong, I seen one driving on hwy 2 in minot on Wednesday. I don't know it reminds me of a moped, you could ride in one but would you tell anyone. That's got to be the ugliest vehicle I have ever seen 😂 cybertruck moped

My first impression when I was in one was complete junk. It felt very very cheap. Just my opinion.....did not drive it..just sat in it. Plastic was very thin. The stainless felt fairly thick but that's about all i could say positive about it. Interior felt very cheap/trendy. Don't think it would hold up well other then light city driving.

You weren't in the same model as I was in. I looked at one in Florida about 3 wks ago. And that thing was nice. And the model I looked at wasn't the best equipped.
