With pheasant season in full swing and deer season quickly approaching … does anyone have a link to a live satellite feed so I can check units to see if the corn is down yet ???

If not then how are the fields looking in your part of the state?

…from what I have seen the south east/central part of the state still probably had 85% up as of last weekend

linton and hazelton will have majority off by deer season. Some guys have a 1k acres or more off already. But you always have the guys that are late.

the weather forcast looks good for harvest.

In my hunting area saw fields start coming off last weekend. Some fields were done complete and others had just started. This is the Washburn area.

Since when did you start caring about farmers and field work progress?

We care about farm work for the 5-8weeks/fall that it effects our access to deer and pheasants. Now, get off your phone, put the Panzer in high gear and get that crap outta our way.

For those not in the know, KW and I shoot together weekly all summer long, the above is but good natured ribbing.

I wonder if the deer are surprised, do they remember that the crazy machine took everything last year too?
