I blew up a couple gears in my strikemaster last saturday. Sunday I tore it apart to ID what parts I needed. Ordered parts online mid morning on Sunday. Right away Monday I got an email saying order had been shipped. Yesterday everything was waiting for me when I got home from work.

Put everything back together, everything fit great and auger is solid.

I would like to say I hope its the last time I have to deal with them, but if a need to arises again, they will be my go to for auger parts for sure!

I believe they are SM main authorized service center. I needed a part a couple years back, and they were quick to help and ship the part. I’ll second the positive feedback.

I second that. I just ordered a starter for my SM and had it within two days!

I called them a couple years ago asking about fuel leaking on my Solo powered Strikemaster. They recommend a carb kit and replacing fuel lines. Had parts in a couple days which solved the problem. Great customer service.
