The legislative session starts in one month. We should all reach out to our legislators and 1) congratulate them on winner and 2) let them know you will be contacting them with regard to bills related to the outdoors during the 2019 session.
The ND Sportsmen's etree will again be used to provide more detailed info on proposed bills. It has already been rumored that a couple legislators are discussing a bill to give increase deer licensing preference to older hunters (I don't have anything specific). We can expect discussion of the TRESPASS LAW again.
I will also attempt to use this space to keep folks informed of what's going on.

Guys like this should be strung up but are you sure this guy is " city folk " ? This is an example of why changing the posting laws would have done nothing in this situation. This guy apparently has no regards for the present laws so his tactics won't change. .
