truck guns

While sitting in the tractor today I got thinking about truck guns and was wondering what everybody considers their truck gun.

Personally I usually carry a rifle which can be anything from the 243 Winchester to an ar15 223 or a savage 17 hmr, a shotgun during Bird seasons which is usually my versamax but occasionally the trusty 870 gets a ride, and my Springfield 's 9mm

So what do you guys carry in your pickup and what kind of ammo do you use in them?

I carry one of my trusty AR's at all times. Either Vmax of some sort or JHP.
