Up To Date Satellite Imagery

Anyone know of any apps or websites that offer up to date satellite imagery? I looked at a couple websites but from what I saw the up to date stuff was only in urban areas..

How "up to date" are you talking about here?

Real time satellite imagery is pretty damn tough to get as I understand it.

It's only 250m/pixel so not the sharpest of course.
