Username changes

I have a lot of folks ask about changing their username, especially the folks that signup from Facebook.

So I have added in the ability to change your own username.

Choose wisely, once you have changed your username you will not be allowed to change it again for 6 months.

Settings ---> Edit profile


Additional Note: Anyone can look at a person's profile and see their username history, so there will be no hiding. This is simply a service that a few have asked for. I have put in the 6 month waiting period between name changes to distract abuse.

I see a lot of new members signing in with their "real" names. I would respect this except the "real" folks never contribute. The one exception IMO is Tim Sandstrom. He's posted two or three times with integrity. I'm "svnmag"; Tim "knows" me and now I'm worried this site will be absorbed into TON. Eff TON.
