I was at local bait shop today, and I had a conversation with a older gentleman about these new spoons that use a little glow stick as a form of illumination to attract fish. He said it wasn't for him since the price was over 6 dollars and the glo sticks didn't last long for his walleye night bite.
A few years back I read this article about the use of uv glowing lures actually scientifically work becuase fish use uv rays to detect food, potential mates or predators. So does these new spoons with glo sticks really going to enhance the uv rays of the lure?
Is anyone going to try these new glo shot spoons out this winter or is this another gimmick like the bait cloud.
