Civil Engineer with a private consulting company. We start out with 120 hours plus 1 floating holiday. bumps to 160 after 5 years and 200 after 10. We get all major holidays paid along with black friday and depending on how it works out we sometimes get an extra day at christmas. We can bank pto up to 250 hrs, then it goes into extended leave time (also up to 250 hrs). After both are full they pay it out at a reduced rate. They are really flexible with schedules as well.

All of my stuff is self employed now. So no $ if I don't work. But a few years back, one of my gigs was 32 hours/week. They considered it full time and I had been there long enough that I was getting 4 hours vacation and 2 hours of sick per week plus every holiday you could possibly imagine. I would bank that shit til the summer and would only be there 2 days/week from like June through September and still have 80 and 80 to carry over. I often times regret the decision to go from employee to contract status.

Used to have three weeks. Started new job last year so now back to two. I do get 10.5 holidays off and they usually let us out at 1:00 or so before holidays, so its probably closer to 12-13 holiday days. Going back to two weeks is a bit rough. Its just not quite enough time. I always had a few extra days when i had three weeks. Once you get over four weeks, i'm not sure how you really even take that much at a normal job. Just started working 7-4 which is great, avoid traffic and longer evenings.

Marketer of propane and trucking supporting gas and other petroleum products in a 5 state area
Salary and commissions. I get 34 days a year for vacation but never use it all. If I left my job for that long the business would fall apart. I take a day off here and there when I want to hunt or fish during the week.

After 15 yrs with the same employer, I get 208 hrs of vacation a year, plus another ~100 hrs of various time off for when I work over my 40/week.

Bottom line, it's still not enough! I could use a 12 hour work week.

Manager of a fire suppression business and get 3 weeks now, but in 3 years I'll be getting 4 weeks. I'm able to make my own hours for the most part, as long as bills are getting paid and the guys are staying busy. I'm able to take off by noon on most Friday's. If I take off more than a couple days it becomes one of those deals where you start thinking about all the phone calls and emails you are going to go back to and rethink taking that extra time off. Takes me a good 3 days to get my head above water when I go on a 10 day elk hunt.
