Ankle weights pull on your joints.

I’d advise against using them a whole bunch.

Put more weight in your pack instead

Ps: buy a fitness watch and pay attention to it

Would you guys stop.

You're making me sweaty and tired just reading this exercise stuff. ...rofl...

I call those pieces of exercise equipment that you buy for your house "expensive clothes hangers". ...duel...

.....for a month until you get sick of staring at the walls of your house while you sweat. Then put it in the basement and sell it in a garage sale 7 years later.
you forgot the period of time where you and your family use it as a clothes rack/drying system

I'd suggest practicing driving around with one hand at both high speeds and turle crawl speeds on gravel roads and section lines, also pulling over on the wrong side of the road and knowing which approach angles will give you the best shooting rest. also adding multiple cup holders to your vehicle incase you have to put the latte down to swing the rifle out the window.

A pickup with a sliding glass window in back is also extremely helpful in retrieving road beers. No need to waste 30 seconds pulling over, besides it’s cold out there!
