No. I was only there for 8 months but I know if there were whorehouses on base I would have known. There were a lot of RMK employees that had been there much longer than me!

But let me say this ... virtually EVERY bar in Vietnam was a whore house. The girls would serve you your drink and almost all of them would go home with you (or take you to their room) for a price.

I don't want anybody to get the wrong impression, but I am not a Viet Nam vet. I was in Vietnam as a civilian contractor from Dec. '68 thru the end of May of '72. Just making sure that the record is out there. There probably were 2,500 of us US nationals in Vietnam working for RMK during that time.
