I told my buddy today I don't think this hurts them that bad. He of course called me a teddy hater and a stupid cheesehead but I'm serious. They really weren't opening up the offense for teddy that much, and they are probably one of maybe only 2 teams where it goes through the rb first. Pretty much anyone they get can throw 7-10 yds downfield and hand it off to AP not?

Nothing changes with Shaun Hill becoming the starter for what could be the rest of the year? The Vikes are mostly a young team and Teddy gets teammates fired up and like I mentioned earlier has developed nicely. He was poised to expand this year and take a little pressure off AP. AP's workload just increased more, and lets face it isn't getting any younger. When it comes down to it, Teddy has way more upside and potential than Shaun Hill or anyone else they can bring in at the last moment. Still a solid team, but Teddy getting hurt definitely changes things. What is it exactly that you hate Bridgewater so much? I think I know the answer.....

Very, very few teams recover from losing their starting QB. I don't think they will make the playoffs.

Jergens hand lotion you hate teddy so much figured you'd have to punch the one eyed clown at least six or ten time to celebrate.

Would'nt that be something if the 49'ers released nick the dick abd he ends up here! Not so sure he would have a warm n fuzzy welcome.

Maybe the Welfare Lives Matter crowd will stay home and watch the game instead of pulling their anarchist bullshit

Not a vikings fan at all but I feel bad for Teddy. He has talent. Hate to see this happen to young guy with a lot of NFL life left in him.

Agreed. Don't care for vikes, but Teddy is a talented guy and a role model. Dude earns his pay and good reputation.

my wife just yelled to me he suffered a dislocated knee, torn ACL and "other structures" she pulled this via facebook. I cannot confirm the accuracy of this as my house sounds like a monkeys gone wild video at the moment with my boys fighting.....

They need to get AP and Brett Favre on a plane to haul Peyton Manning out of retirement.

Ian Rappaport on NFL Network just said it was "gruesome" and that players were throwing up and not being able to look at it.
Bone in his knee blew through his leg.
Good news for vikes fans is that Kaep, sanchez and geno are on the market.

Didn't Cunningham replace an injured Brad Johnson and they were a missed field goal away from the SB

Uhhh this sucks so much but being a vikings fan, should something like this be expected. Teddy has only played 28 games and is only 22 same age as carson wentz. Reports were he was progressing really good this year and the vikings were going to open up the offense more and give him the reigns. I think with their defense and AP in the backfield they can still be an ok team just don't have as high of expectations anymore:whaaaa:

But you just never know. I remember some team from the North East somewhere that's QB went down and they had some random 4th round guy step in and if I remember right he did alright!:;:cheers

ESPN brought up a good point in that his injury has a 9 to 12 month time table if all goes well with zero setbacks. So there's real potential they may not have him back for the beginning of the 2017 season so what do the vikings do as far as going out in free agency and or draft trying to cover their bases? Even with ideal recovery apparently it's generally 2 years or more for full recovery if ever. Can they luck out again like they did with AP and get him back like nothing happened or will he be human. One way other the other we are now guaranteed 12 months of absolutely never-ending redundant conversation about him on K-fan!
