There is going to be spots where a guy can shore fish by this weekend. Depending on which way the wind is pushing the ice.

OAHE has some monsters also and is open to the SD state line. There will be guys out this weekend doing that very thing....4-mile bay usually brings in some Dandy Pike

Up around Beulah there are beginning to be some areas where the ice has just barely pulled back enough to fish. I've talked to a few who have went out and caught 1-2 fish. Nothing huge.
