Still not much around the mid section of the lake. Season will be over by the time the big honks get here.

So what birds have already migrated? Any birds still moving through or has it tapered off?

We have had a ton of nice colored out ducks move in so it should make for a fun re-opener! I haven’t seen many geese move through but did see some snows.

Not any ducks down here yet a few big geese but absolutely loaded with snows and specks. I think the speck migration has shifted as the last 5 years seen more every year. Time for some speck decoys and a call.

This weather has to get some birds moving. Seeing much up north?

These are all just south of town.
With 2 to 3 inches of snow and 55 mph winds tomorrow and Friday they will be heading south very soon

Looks like some snow and cold up there today with the north winds should get them moving.

Big honks have finally arrived. Still alot of snows around too.

we are still covered in snows and specks a few ducks and shot some hutchies last weekend. I saw that mallards are still being killing in canada yesterday
