The wife and I were on the water about 0830 this morning...used jigs/minnows first 2 hours-caught 3 dink walleye - 1 smallie - 1 perch, switched over to spinners/crawlers...caught 4 more walleye, 2 more perch - all fish caught between 12 and 20 fow - water temps 57-59.

My wife and i were out there today as well... didn't see your boat though...flew over to the east end and spinner bb in 27 fow... caught 6 15 inchers and then fished by road on west end and by launch caught 2 more and called it a day at 3 clock all our fish were 25-35 fow

Glad you guys made it out...all in all not a bad day weather wise. Had planned to run to Sak today but wind/rain/temps have changed my mind!

Hey Short...yea right now looks like it is gonna warm up a pinch next week...got the grandson coming up from Nebraska Friday...gonna be staying with us for a few months while his mom goes overseas-hoping I can get him out on the water a few times in October!

Saturday Night
A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms before 10pm, then a slight chance of showers between 10pm and 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 52. Southeast wind 7 to 13 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20%.

Sunday
A chance of showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 1pm. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 63. South wind 7 to 10 mph. Chance of precipitation is 50%.

Sunday Night
A 30 percent chance of showers, mainly before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 45. Southwest wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Doesn't it always seem to work out that way Tikk! Gal I work with has a semi-retired husband...he fished Parshall Bay area Wednesday...caught a 2 man limit and then some. The wife and I gonna take the grandson to Sak State Park tomorrow morning...SE wind, we can stay in the bays on the south side out of the wind...just want to let him get a line wet. Then dinner at the Iron Oar!

Yep they already changed the wind for tomorrow.

Saturday
Mostly cloudy, with a high near 72. Breezy, with a southeast wind 8 to 13 mph increasing to 17 to 22 mph in the afternoon. Winds could gust as high as 30 mph.
