Measure 1 will be voted on come the 5th of November, it seems one of the biggest issues is that not enough research has been on the effects of exposure to silver iodide. That's unfortunate in that should be something that north dakota should have plenty of since cloud seeding has been used to control the damage. There was a reason why cloud seeding was used in the few counties in Western north dakota, those counties seen the damage that is caused by the storms clouds that carry tiny bombs known as hail that caused extensive damage to the area. I'm glad that I don't have to live in an area that deals with weather systems that may or may not take out one personal property.
