Is that what the authorities are saying or is it rumors ? how do the flares cause a prairie fire ? it is not like they are shooting flaming balls of gas.

Sad deal for sure. Just extremely lucky all the firemen came together to stop things from becoming even worse than it was. Thank you to all who helped, farmers ranchers, water truck company etc.... You all saved alot with your continuous effort in very trying conditions. RIP the 2 that passed on....

Do they know the cause of any of the fires yet? With the burn scarring and way the wind was it appears be easy to figure out where they originated. Anyhow have a “how” yet?
