Well I was wrong. Did end up with the 6-8 inches that were predicted to be possible. Heavy snow as well, lots of moisture which I think is a good thing for most of us. Good thing was it didn't last very long in this area. Maybe snowed for about 6 hours and wind wasn't much more than about 20mph. More wind in other parts of the state I've heard. Driving conditions with lots of icy areas is the worst. Took my snowblower down the street this morning and there were areas where I could skate down the street with the snowblower pulling me along. Hopefully it will get warm enough to melt the ice on the roads.
