I agree. 70's for highs are good enough for me.

Was in Arizona for 15 days (1/31-2/14) in the Apache Junction/Phoenix area. Temps reached 84* 1 day!
Was too warm...good to get back to 4 seasons ND!

That is why we like Payson. 10-20 degrees cooler than the Valley (Phoenix).
We get 4 seasons and some snow but it melts in a day or 3.

Also agree. We spend 3 months east of Kingman in a rural subdivision. West slope of the Hualipi Mts. About the same elevation as Payson.
