Well if the folks in office in north Dakota made a deal with the tribe on certain issues like they did here over hunting and fishing rights,they piggy backed a deal in favor of the tribe that gives them sole rights to gaming and if the state would entertain a state run casino the tribe would get 50% of proceeds w/o lifting a finger,plus they still get all the federal money to boot.

I can pretty well guarantee you we don't have that law but it will never happen anyway because it meets at the intersection of good idea and bad for a minority therefore it will be DOA! Best bet would be if the three affiliated tribes were allowed to build one at United tribes like was talked about.
