I seen that video many times, and in one it looked like he had a gun in his hand! If that's what you call a 'routine' traffic stop.... Well I'm just speechless.

Good stuff, I try to back away from the computer when I see a debate head south to an argument from a wise crack with a "chip" but I have shitty luck at that. when I feel deep down I have a legitimate argument for my opinion and facts to back it up I don't beat around the bush. I'd much rather get along and have an honest and reasonable debate with everyone. When that doesn't work I try to be pretty straight foreword about it. :)

FWIWSVN our last little spat, I didn't bother to read your post before I posted mine and you jumped me on what I posted, I probably should have put it in reverse or at least neutral when I saw it.

Woodley wrote an essay I guess, I didn't read the essay but here is part of the story on it............

In her essay, posted on Time’s website Thursday, the actress was adamant to point out that her arrest coincided with Indigenous Peoples’ Day — a name many have given Columbus Day in an effort to pay tribute to the people who inhabited the land that he discovered.

In her essay, Woodley talks about native references “being used in a way that feed our western narrative.”
“We buy plastic teepees from Toys-R-Us and set them up in our living rooms for children to play in,” she wrote.

Woodley is set to appear in North Dakota court this month and she could face 60 days in jail and $3,000 in fines if she gets convicted. On Tuesday of this week, she pleaded not guilty to criminal trespass and riot charges.
“I am not scared. I am not afraid,” she said. “I am grateful, and I am amazed to be standing by the sides of so many peaceful warriors.”

I seen that video many times, and in one it looked like he had a gun in his hand! If that's what you call a 'routine' traffic stop.... Well I'm just speechless.

Not my words.

Perhaps if you knew a minimum level of information about something you choose to speak to, you would know the "routine traffic stop" was what the FBI initially tried to pass that off as in their first press release.

I enjoy reading how people have suggested a number of different cute little ways to ignore the law and deal with this protest. Some have demanded the cops pretty much do the same. .............and yet many of these people will be the first ones bitching about Obama, Lorretta Lynch, the FBI ect.... ignoring the rule of law when it come to things like Clinton and her emails.

You can;lt pick and choose which rule of law you want followed. If you believe strongly enough it is unjust you may engage in activities to show the injustice but understand that with this govt that will end like it did in Oregon...............unless it is to support an ideal this administration supports.

When one swears an oath to uphold the law, like it or not there are rules that group/individual has to follow. Restraint to follow the very rule of law they are enforcing is one of them.

If one excuses law enforcement when they break those restraints it will ultimately lead to anarchy and tyranny.

There was no gun in his hand when he exited the vehicle.

His hands were raised above his head when the FBI fired on him.

There was no gun in his hand when the FBI fired on him.

When the FBI fired those two shots at that time and then lied to law enforcement and covered it up by tampering with evidence, no matter what you thought about the Bundys, Finnicum or others there or their cause, there should have been outrage and responsibility held over those in law enforcement that would break the law.

Those FBI agents were just as guilty as Comey was not charging Hillary in ignoring the rule of law.

If people are willing to excuse or ignore that...........this nation is screwed.

Unless its corn bread fried in antelope tallow it's not "Indian".

The plot took a turn in a different direction. The title of this thread sums up this new bit of news in a nut shell.

The Standing Rock Sioux tribe just got an ally in the fight against the Dakota Access Pipeline that they may not necessarily want.
Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Iran, has posted a message on his official website declaring solidarity with the #NoDAPL protesters.

So what do you suppose Obama would do if the FBI showed up and shot and killed one of these protesters getting out of his pickup with his hands in the air at a "routine traffic stop"?

Rowdie..........notice the little funny things before and after those words?"""""""""""""""""""

If I am recalling right, in the very first press release the FBI referenced this as a "routine traffic stop". The FBI's words, not mine.

The truth is, this was not even a "traffic stop".

If you want to continue thrashing this over yet again, we certainly can in the thread relating to it.

You can excuse and justify away the FBI lying to law enforcement and covering up evidence and firing on a man with his hands raised there.
