They are using 3/4 rock for the foundation
lol. like I said not to code. but they don't care nor does the county P&Z. They wouldn't go near that place with a ten foot pole.

I heard Archambault early today on KFGO saying how they are working to make sure everything is cleaned up by the time the melt comes this spring....old cars that won't start, garbage, human waste, abandoned structures, etc....GOOD LUCK getting that done before the snow melts. Seems like it's gonna be a sloppy shit show come spring.

Its all lip service, they (eco terrorists) don't work at anything, why the heck would the suddenly work to clean up the area they are squatting on. Pride doesn't just surface one day, and suddenly you are a quality caring American.

He is just saying what people want to hear. It will be a pure cesspool come spring thaw, non of this is going to be cleaned up, at least not by the natives, or the hippies that ascended into the area.

I also heard last weekend they busted 2 spots with full blown meth labs going on.

Yeah they are there protecting water alright...

Contact: Robert Timian, chief game warden, 701-328-6604[/h]
Game and Fish Looking for Info on Apparent Deer Poaching Incident
The North Dakota Game and Fish Department is seeking information through the Report All Poachers hotline on an apparent deer poaching that occurred this past fall near the ND Highway 1806 bridge over the Cannonball River in Morton County.
Chief Game Warden Robert Timian said Game and Fish obtained a video of the incident recently, and is releasing it to the public and media in an effort to get more information on this event, and to try to identify the individuals involved in an apparent illegal killing of a whitetail buck. The video is available for viewing and download on the Game and Fish Department’s YouTube channel.
Based on current information, Timian says the incident took place during the fall of 2016, likely on the north side of the Cannonball River west of the ND Highway 1806 bridge over the Cannonball, in the vicinity of the Dakota Access Pipeline protest camps.
This raw, unedited video is approximately 7 minutes long and shows several individuals entering the river to retrieve a whitetail buck that was struggling in the river, and dragging it to shore where the deer was killed.
Anyone with information on the possible identity of any individual in this video, or any other information, is urged to call the Report All Poachers hotline at 800-472-2121; contact the Game and Fish enforcement division directly at 701-328-6604; or email swinkelman@nd.gov. RAP calls are anonymous, and can lead to rewards for information that leads to convictions.

My only question is other then not tagging it straight off how do we determine if it's actually poached? Deer season was definitely open so how does one determine that the deer wasn't legally taken and did what deer often do and bolt for water? Don't get me wrong I'm sure they poached the deer but the video doesn't even come close to proving it.

Dean, identify the idiots, check if they have a legal deer license, which they more than likely wont, then prosecute and make an example of them

they appeared to be all natives, if not the majority were. If they determine it's off the rez, which won't be hard to do given they have a shot of the bridge and there is a road along the river, they will have a solid case. They wouldn't put this video out if they weren't convinced it was off the reservation.

Oh there is zero question it's off res but colt has about the only way they could possibly get them. Off rez won't matter if they have rez tags due to their close proximity to rez ground and the fact the deer could have easily gotten to that place. Like the last couple deer this case has next to no chance if they can't get them to talk because there are just to many what if's.

Can't hear some of the conversations but 3 or 4 times someone says he sick I told you he's sick. Now that could very well refer to the guy stabbing the deer in the neck like a crazy man or possibly the deer's helth. Either way I'm not taking their side simply pointing out the fact that without an admission of guilt by the guys in the video it's an insanely hard case for the prosecutor to push forward on.

For perspective this is where they are. Blue is the rough are the people are and red it the deer.

that treaty is being used as a pawn. since it's off the rez they need to try to make a claim it's native land. the treaty became null and void when the natives didn't hold up their end of the bargain. went back to the feds then. and has been for many many years. now they are using it for a stall tactic. no leg to stand on

Those water protectors could be shoveling some snow while they are smoking meth.
