Ask how much the seller has used the boat in the last two years? If they have used it only once or twice each year I think you can expect problems from sitting to long, bad gas week batteries and other problems that would get fixed if they had been using it more. I'd take a 1999 model with 1500hrs on it over the same boat with 38hrs on it any day of the week
