Cloverdale summer sausage sure dropped in quality. Formerly a big fan, but I’ve not bought one in a year or so since multiple bad experiences.

Used their seasoning for years and its always been top notch in my opinion, wish them the best. Favorite has been their bulk fry sausage blend and bologna seasoning.

To process a deer is 1.99 a lb plus pork.

I may shoot a Doe with my bow in S.D. on opening day. Just to get some sausage made.
