Used their seasoning for years and its always been top notch in my opinion, wish them the best. Favorite has been their bulk fry sausage blend and bologna seasoning.

To process a deer is 1.99 a lb plus pork.

I may shoot a Doe with my bow in S.D. on opening day. Just to get some sausage made.

I will say that I've had Langdon Locker commercial sausage, and they processed a moose for us....both excellent!
The maple-flavored moose country links were exceptional!!

Don't think i have tried Langon's but Wishek is my fav of all time at this point. Great flavor, not real fatty and I like the texture. Most places seem to grind it finer than Wishek. I also don't care for really chewy casings.

I’ve had Langdon…it’s ok and Ground fine like hotdogs. I prefer 3B Meats sausage in Bismarck.

West Dakota meat in Bismarck and Maple Valley locker in Enderlin also has good Sausage.
