Heavy and even, may be big enough to bring the record back to the states. If eyes are 4.5 inches then spread may be over 19" but i still come up under 200 net. And net is what gets one into the book if that is what you are after and want to compare to the Hanson buck. However I do have a replica of the Johnny King buck and it appears to be bigger. As a six point that buck came in well over 200 until the panel found common base horns. Appears this buck has no common base horns. In any event I am sure I will never find one like this but will keep looking. One of those once in a lifetime buck for most. db

This is going to be one of those my friend's sister's boyfriend's friend's from college brother in law's cousin's dad shot the buck, been chasing it for 5 years and thought it had died and was bigger 2 years ago but then found the mack daddy on a chance encounter trail cam that he only had up for 35 minutes kinda story, huh?

At any rate, it is a beautiful animal

Well if that's the way I found the deer great but that's too many kin folk and friends who knew about the deer before it ever got to me.

As you state I am also sure there will be a 1000 stories before the real story even comes out if it ever comes out and maybe not that big.
Pity the guy as more misery will come of it before it is over. Just the way it is. But as you state a beautiful monarch of the wild or at least hope from the wild. Best be thick skin on this one.
May be I could start and say I had it in my sites but a smaller buck got in the way but did get my 25-20 shell in it at 750 yards, I think. Just like the Jordan buck. Before I could find it this neighbor found and claim it as his.

Guy who fishes, your story was better. db

I still like a big nontyp muley better, this one went 280" last month. To bad the pic isn't award winning, but at least he's kinda smirky happy.

But the hate in the picture is award winning! Looks like an old trucker hat from the 70's/80's.

This would be great if he had his hands behind his head...
