Personally, once the black on black murders is less of a problem (numerically), I think this effort is not much more than someone trying to divide the population of this country.

Note, this does NOT suggest I endorse police brutality, I am just not convinced it's as big of a problem as black on black, white on black, or for that matter...black on white crime in this country.
