Green Bay pre spwan walleye fishing in shallow water. Getting away from the crowds of boats can be the best thing you can do for pre spawn walleyes. They can easily get spooked by a lot of boats moving around. Don't be afraid to do some searching and check areas where there aren't any boats. Sometimes it can pay dividends.
