The site outgrew the hosting, and without warning the hosting company simply shut 'er down! It was the worst customer support experience I have ever been through.

I upgraded the hosting by 3 levels, and we should be set for a good stretch now. Hopefully a tad quicker too.

We need a name for this nightmare. Any suggestions?
