Prediction - First Ice

Ugh, yes. Last year I was still casting in December. Busting through deep snow to get to the water. Fishing wasn't GREAT, but I put off the inevitable, until the very last possible minute.

I didn't want the shit yet, but it's here.

Just can't believe how quick it turned this year. 2 weeks ago was 70 degrees...now we are checking ice conditions for fishing...crazy!

not going to lie... I am looking forward to ice this year only because 2 surgeries 32 days apart screwed up my fall and I wasn't able to put in the work for deer I normally would, I am now starting to feel better and wish I would have done more for deer because I will actually be able to hunt this year which I was unsure of even 2 weeks ago
