I'll tell you what. You can get a good look at a butcher's ass by sticking your head up there. But wouldn't you rather take his word for it? No, what I mean is, you can get a good look at a t-bone by sticking your head up a butcher's ass...no wait, it has to be your bull

I can easily make a meal out of salad and a hunk of meat but decent salad bars are getting hard to find too. Golden Corral had good fresh salad that was a meal in itself and the meat was edible but nothing spectacular , They didn't last long though.

Starting to feel like a douche food snob. Lol. But, another fine dining experience in grand forks is "sky's".
Don't get me wrong. I love good food regardless of where it's served. But, if you are looking to do something out of north Dakota ordinary, they fit the bill. Favorite cocktail there is a manfashioned. Their take on a Manhattan crossed with an old fashioned.

Cork N cleaver. Best steak I've had in Fargo hands down. Meal will run about 50$ a plate. Great mixed drinks there also.

My favorite go to is, the Blue Moose in East GF. Ate at Sky's a month or so ago, it was ok. A couple weeks ago, went to the Bulldogs \ UND games and was looking on MSN where to eat in GF and seen that the best wings in ND were supposed to be at Parrots Cay, unfortunately they don't open until 4:30 and we get on the shuttle bus at the Canad Inn at 6:00. Have ate at Wild Bills in Fargo but not in GF.
