Thats like $148 in today's dollars. WOW

Right here at the North Dakota Fur Takers Association fur sales in Bismarck at the 4H building across the Expressway from ND Game and Fish, probably 2018-2020. One lot of 27 finished coyotes trapped up by the Canadian border went for $245 apiece one sale. There were a couple of $10000 checks written to several sellers by fur buyers one of those years. We haven't held one for a few years now because the bottom fell out of the wild fur market again, as is tradition, but a few years guys made good money at it. Cannot find all the results but here are the 2020 averages and a picture of the sale. Disclaimer: All of the coyotes in the picture never ate another bite of venison.
