24 Below at Ft. KDM this morning.............

This cold crap is starting to REALLY suck. Most of the time, winters don't bother me much, but this one is really starting to wear on me. I actually thought about just getting in the truck and driving south until I find 40 degrees, sitting on the tailgate, and drinking a beer or three before heading back.

You not alone KDM, think it wore on alot of us, we are out of the sub zero trenches up here for now and hopefully going forward, if we can just get into the 30's and stay there for a week, that should jump start spring alittle bit and its march for crying out loud on top of that.
Don't think we'll have that winter to summer swing like we did last year..uh huh, gonna be a late spring I'm afraid.

Well luckily that sun is getting some serious power behind it now. It may have only been 14 degrees for a high yesterday but when I was on the south side of the house and that Sunshine it was full-on warm and man was that nice to feel for once. So I can't wait till we start hitting these thirties this week cuz that's going to feel like the Bahamas.

Know that all too well, few years back, I too, forgot to unplug the truck, ended up dragging the extension cord all the way too work, lucky for me work was only like 3/4 mile down the road....LOL....I get out my truck, see the cord and went...WTH...ooppps......lol Last time I ever did that.......

That's OK. I know enough spanish to make it in Mexico for a couple hours. Dos cervesas por favor and donde esta los banos. Translated "Two beers please." and "Where are the bathrooms?".
