Did it make you guys get a HIP number even if you selected that you dont plan to waterfowl hunt. I am getting a Sportsman license. I am only getting the general game and small game stamps for my kids but it is forcing me to register a HIP for them as well (I selected they dont plan to hunt waterfowl) and it wants to charge me $5 for each of them for a wetland enhancement charge. Are you guys seeing the same thing?

FYI - I called the NDGF today. It was a glitch in the system when applying as a party, and they are going to fix it!
