Chorizo

My first impression wasn't that great but I tried it again today and I was wrong the first time. put it in both fish and hot dogs in foil, finished the dogs off directly on the grill and put them back in the foil to suck up more juices . Both were superb in my opinion. I'll be buying more. Anyone else like it ?

This was store bought, mexican blend . I was just surprised how good the fish got , fish tacos in a bag is next. Do you guys gook with it ?
