No I didn't get an alert , I looked at my points today since the topic was hot and I noticed . The points are no big deal because I have had the opinion from day one that the point system is simply a tool for someone to back stab you instead of telling you what's on their mind. I' just like a good mystery and figured it would be fun to try figure it out. I have a pretty good idea already but trying to flush them out. Still don't know if it was one or 3 users. Can one person take 3 points or would it have to be 3 people ?

But when you realized that you lost points, Did you look at your XP in user name and notice it or was there a notification ? I just happened to stumble on this today , I looked at my points once or twice before but never put much if any thought into how the system works , I might have been getting bad rep points all along and not noticed.

Hopefully it happens a few more times with a message of some sort so I can try to figure out who is doing it. With a message you might get a notification that you have a new message ?? Seems like I got one of those a long time ago when I lost a point but I can't find it anywhere.

I don't think those lost points are part of the reputation system. Just the point system for NDA points that get assigned. Not sure how you lose any, I scrolled through todays and only saw one negative, but not yours.
