I was wondering, how much do you tip? Do yall tip your maid when yall check out?
I don't wipe with the sheets and put the garbage in the baskets, is that enough of a tip?
Restaurants I tip according to service. I have worked in the restaurant industry so I know how much it can suck so I usually tip pretty good. Never tipped for a hotel room, never thought of it really. I guess my tip is not trashing the room I stay in. I try not to make a huge mess!!
Kind of off topic, but what is a reasonable tip for guiding services?
Leave 2-3 bucks on the nightstand with a smily face note.
Per day? :;:huh
If I have an extended stay at a hotel, which is often, I always put the "Do not disturb" sign on the door. Don't need anyone going through my stuff and I am certain that many do if given the opportunity. So, no cleaning done, no tip need be made.
They clean when you leave Mr. McDuck.
