Lucky? You know how much large freezers cost these days?

my parents have four large freezers plus two fridges. freezers are full of mostly beef from butcher animals, pork butts and tenderloins bought on sale. What can i say they are old germans that love to purchase stuff on sale. Mom has a literal stockpile of canned goods, peanut butter, ketchup, dressings, pretty much anything you can imagine.

I tease them that when we grew up they just had two kids but we only had one freezer and one fridge back then. What the hell do they need with four freezers now but thats just how they roll.

Got a close up right at last light. He was across the field this morning. Bedded down in the cattails and walked 15 yards in front of my truck with 5 mins left of shooting light.

There used to be a few moose every year in the LoneTree Wildlife Management Area SW of Harvey.

Not when I was there a few years back. Hell, I didn't even see many deer. IMO there's too many roads in that place and too many people that drive them. Wildlife can only ever get 1/2 mile from any road.
