I do a lot of acupucture, graston and stretching for my own tennis/golfers elbow as well as patients. Seems to bring it around unless it doesn't. Then it's usually a cortisone shot.

The best solution is to have it surgically repaired. I've had both elbows fixed.

I had it bad for a few years. I couldn't grab, hold or squeeze anything. About sent me throught the roof if I had to shake someone's hand. The band helped immensely when I rememberd to where it. I had a friend who had it but not as bad as me. He went to a dr and had surgery. Fixed it I think. So I went to a specialist in sioux falls. Figured he give me surgery too. He said no...let it heal on its own. Said 85% of time they heal on own. It did in time. However, I lost some range of motion.

Had it bad for 2 years from golf mostly. Sometimes couldn't even pick up a pitcher of beer (life threatening).
Went to (CC's Physical Therapy in Bismarck ND has been leaders in health & wellness since 2011) for what they call DRY NEEDELING. I think i did 6 sessions and completely gone for 3 years now.
AMAZING RESULTS. Read up on this technique it works and is becoming very popular.
Needles...? I'm out.

I effed up an elbow installing insulation panels in a cargo trailer. To the point I figured it was permanent. The band thingy actually worked quite well for me... and has been good ever since (3 years or so)

Had a bad elbow several years ago and tried several different remedies. Finally got talked into elastic bands with copper disks inside. Thought it was some sort of witchcraft but damned if it didn't work. Wore it all day long and in about a month pain was gone and hasn't come back. Have read about copper in the past and have no idea why it should make a difference but it did for me.

Go to an ortho and get a cortisone shot and be done with it.
This is an option, but do not do them frequently....I was at a continuing education seminar years ago and listened to a surgeon from sanford and mayo both say that patients that have had multiple rounds of cortisone shots have much worse outcomes post surgical then no shots. They described their muscle tendons breaking open like a small bag of jelly during the procedure. They both believed conservative care and rest has the best outcomes. There certainly is nothing wrong with cortisone as an option.

I use a band on my wrist as well for jig rapping. Definitely makes a difference and helps for me. Unless things REALLY get out of hand I don't use it for baiting masterly.

Everything is worth a second, or even third opinion. My BIL had a cancer reoccurrence and Mayo wanted to go ALL IN on surgery/chemo/radiation. The surgery happened, but after the second opinion at MD Anderson, the rest didn't and he's been great thus far! This isn't a knock on Mayo either, just do some research and do whats right for YOU!

That’s possible. But hasn’t been the case for me. I’ve had at least a dozen in various parts of my body. Had worked every single time. Had my right shoulder injected seven years ago. Lasted until last spring. I had an mri and I had several issues and needed surgery. But I didn’t want to do it until late fall early winter. So had another injection in it to get by. Felt 100% immediately after. But in late July crashed the dirt bike hard enough to tear my labrum so had surgery first week of aug. Surgery went awesome. I was 100% by first of the year and back riding again.
