Pard's stepson was disqualified in the Hills last weekend for not wearing a lifejacket when changing locations using the outboard. He would've placed 4th. Read/know the rules. The boy learned a good lesson and is "sadly" out 500 bucks with entry fee and winnings. He's 17.
