Well that's how I've cooked my eggs since I learned how to cook eggs. I have always called them basted tho. Right or wrong it's easy peasy. And the water helps especially with separation from a not so non stick pan.

Good info,i always get at least one broken york on every flip,gotta try this method.
Thanks man. Me too. I usually end up making "pissed off" scrambled eggs with a lot of white spots and cheese.

Next time I do eggs I'm trying those ^^^^ cupcake deals.
