A Ruger #3 in 45-70 has a pretty good jolt, let alone that "little squirt" M4. I'll call it a little squirt cuz you most likely will "squirt" a little!
Seems to fill up fast, so no publicity needed, I guess. This year is a treat, as most years the weather during the tourney is horrible.

Boat cranking &/or dual purpose batteries are built heavy duty on the plate housing to take the beating of the waves in a boat (much worse than a car/pick-up). Also be sure to use good fittings and secure the nuts rather than finger tight wing nuts,
Leaving the skin on does not seem to add a fishy taste. it does serve purposes: prevents too much dry-out while smoking, holds the fillets together better, and makes for easier handling.

I have a friend that smokes walleye fillets, skin-on & rib/pin bones in, with a similar brine & cherrywood about 1-1&1/2 hours. Very good!
We just peel the skin off, pull the rib bones, & zipper the pins.
Go to Metro Golf Carts, next to Dakota Tackle in Bismarck, and ask all your questions and concerns. They have new & used, gas and electric, and give honest answers. They can also do the lifts and street-legal options.
