    I would like to buy a smoker but have little experience smoking. What would you recommend buying? I don't want something cheaply made but I don't want to spend the money on top of the line either. $150 - $400 would be about what I could spend.

    Break off the tail and crack it open, like a lobster. Dunk the tail in butter. Very good. The stuff you get at many restaurants doesn't compare. Like the difference between store bought tomato and one grown in garden.

    I cant find the hp on the pumps. The pond pump is 2.3 amps with a max watts of 250. The pool pump is smaller.

    Deep Fried or Pan fry Walleye........

    One of the keys to getting the batter to stick is to make sure the fillets are dry before they are dipped. My favorite method: Dry the fillets. Salt and pepper fillets. Roll in flour. Dip in egg/milk mixture. Roll in panko flakes. Deep fry. Produces a dry crust that doesn't fall off.
