I've used this one for 20 or so deer over the past 5 or so years. I'm using at work right now to preserve different weed species for winter farmer workshops.

    Jigging rap rod

I cut the bottom 15 in off a 7.5ft MH very fast action. The shorter length is easy on the body when ripping jigging raps and the very fast action pretty much sets the hook on it's own.

    Alumilite Little munchkin

That H2 slider house looked like quite the setup. I haven't seen one in person, but looked like a hybrid of a colapsable house and hard sided. Peeked my head inside a neighbors lil munchkin. He got it for lake Winnipeg. You can fish 2 in there comfortably. It would be nice if it was 6'2' or...

    dirt/field prep for trees?

I agree with NDSportsman. If you're breaking sod, they're worthless. If it's been worked they can do OK. Tie down a couple cinder blocks to weigh it down so it diggs better. Maybe a pull-type gas tiller would be the way to go? I'd weigh that down as well.

    Fun Experiments?

Grow a garden and put on different levels of fertilizer. Take something like potatoes and plant 3 or 4 10 ft rows. Have one with 0 fertilizer, then 75, 150, and 225 lbs N/ac. Harvest the potatoes and weigh the different rows. Then draw up a yield vs. nitrogen curve on excel to determine...
