    well our plans changed... with the weather and limited people, we went conventional (easy) this year... scalloped potatoes and ham with beans, veggies, and buns... will have to put the big easter spread off till mem day... oh well, was a nice relaxing day with family...

    if i have bacon grease, i do prefer basted... without i generally cover and turn up the heat, then splash in bout 1 tbsp water to steam the top done... last nights trauma was a result of over aggressive shell cracking on my part - don't know my own strength at times i guess... solid yolks...

    we had thundersnow in williston around 4... just shoveled off 3-4" of wet heavy snow b4 it freezes down with the temp drop coming... bout 31* here now...
